The Garrison Center wants you to succeed in your weight loss program. To help you stick with your nutrition and exercise plans, the center is now providing free online trackers and reporters. Use these tools to keep records of your progress, and watch as you slim down and feel better! 

You can keep this as a private journal space just for yourself. Or, if you like, you can share your records with your physician as part of your health plan. Either way, all information you enter is kept private and confidential, and is never shared with anyone.

To begin, just choose a username and password, and register. Choose the trackers you want to use, and begin logging your entries today.
